Job summary

Spectrum IT is seeking a skilled CloudOps Engineer to join our hybrid team in a role centered on cloud operations and security. You will manage Azure-based environments and support production, development and test systems across multiple clouds, maintaining high reliability.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, automate repetitive tasks, and contribute to security and disaster recovery initiatives while collaborating with an international team to drive improvements across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting cloud-based production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly Azure.
• Experience within a Windows environment.
• Good understanding of infrastructure, networking and cloud technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of cyber security, vulnerability management and infrastructure security.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues.

Responsibilities

Location: Chichester, West Sussex
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

We are recruiting for an experienced CloudOps Engineer to join a growing international software organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on engineer who enjoys troubleshooting technical challenges, improving cloud infrastructure and taking ownership of operational systems.

The Role
