As a member of the Technology Risk and Controls team for the Cloud Foundational Services Function, you will be passionate about operational risk management and control solutions for computing environments. You will support Risk & Control Managers, Audit & Control Hygiene Functions, and assist with controls management reporting.

Job responsibilities

1. Support process owners in managing operational risk and provide transparency to stakeholders with reporting across the CFS TRC function.
2. Create executive reports for senior stakeholders.
3. Ensure alignment with the firm's standards and controls for Cloud by building and supporting reporting platforms.
4. Assist in the preparation of governance materials.
5. Build experience and skills to become a subject matter expert in operational risk.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

1. BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
2. A strong understanding of risk and controls within the firm, along with a broader understanding of other risk areas.
3. Experience with internal risk & controls tools, e.g., CORE, GT Metrics.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, understanding controls, and risk management.
5. Experience with report-building tools, e.g., Tableau.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
7. Engagement with stakeholders to understand their technology issues and coordinate responses across various parties.
