Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Technology Risk and Controls Director to lead cloud risk strategy and controls across the Cloud Foundational Services function.

You will partner with multiple disciplines to respond to evolving business requirements and regulatory demands, advising IT operations and ensuring senior stakeholders are updated on risk posture. You will oversee execution of risk management across access, incident response, vulnerability management, data protection, and high-availability

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technology risk management and information security.
• Experience leading safe adoption of AI capabilities in risk workflows.
• Ability to define review/approval and escalation for AI-assisted recommendations.
• Expertise in risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology risk management strategies, policies, and processes to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and drive strategic projects and initia.
• Sets reuse-first expectations for enterprise-authorized AI adoption within the work environment across technology risk and controls operations to accelerate evidence synthesis, issue analysis, and executive reporting, with human-in-the-loop validation and appropriate handling of sensitive data.
• Identify and escalate emerging and upstream technology risk through execution of the Firm's management framework tools, including risk event management, reporting, and action plan tracking, and provide expert counsel to stakeholders regarding their security obligations.
