Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design, build and operate cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. You will drive infrastructure as code, automation, and platform reliability practices to enable engineering teams across the business.

You will own the reliability, security and cost-efficiency of our cloud platforms, building scalable pipelines and observability to support complex workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS and Azure).
• Hands-on IaC in production using Terraform or equivalents.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex distributed system issues.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Scripting skills for automation (Go, Python or Bash).
• Strong networking knowledge (VPCs/VNets, load balancers, DNS, NSGs).
• Experience with secrets management and IAM/OIDC controls.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch/Azure Monitor.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain infrastructure as code for cloud environments.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS) and manage scalability.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and deployment.
• Own reliability, security and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues and address root causes.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting for observability.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve platform docs and standards.
