Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design, build and operate cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. You will enable engineering teams through infrastructure as code, automation, and platform reliability practices in a hands-on role.

This position focuses on scalable, secure, observable cloud platforms, maintaining Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvement of reliability across teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS & Azure).
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform in production environments.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Scripting knowledge in Go, Python or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain infrastructure as code for cloud environments.
• Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and deployment workflows.
• Own the reliability, security and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues and identify root causes.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting to ensure observability.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve platform documentation and standards.
