Job summary

Wise is seeking an IT SOX Controls Tester to join our Security Controls team. You will perform control testing across cloud infrastructure and SaaS, linking with Finance, Risk and Engineering to ensure SOX 404 compliance and effective control design.

You will leverage data analytics and automation to assess operating effectiveness, document testing methods, and help control owners mature their control environment in a dynamic cloud landscape.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Technology Risk or IT Audit with a SOX focus.
• Experience with first-time SOX audits in cloud-native environments.
• Understanding CI/CD change management and microservices access management.
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, GitHub, Jira, Okta, SailPoint preferred.
• Strong documentation and ability to communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform control testing (Design & Operating Effectiveness) for Access Management, Change Management, and IT application controls across cloud infrastructure and SaaS landscape.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Security, and Platform to communicate SOX 404 requirements.
• Support control owners on maturing risk and control environment.
• Leverage data analytics and automation to assess control design and operating effectiveness.
• Maintain high quality documentation and ensure testing methods comply with SOX 404.
