Job summary

Anson McCade is recruiting for a Solution Architect to design and deliver innovative technology solutions, shape architectural roadmaps and provide technical leadership across complex projects.

You will design solutions addressing functional and non-functional requirements, define roadmaps for systems and services, and lead development teams with a focus on quality and architectural standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Ability to define architectural roadmaps and standards.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud technologies and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in ArchiMate, UML and BPMN.
• Knowledge of agile and traditional delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Designing solutions that address both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Defining architectural roadmaps for systems and business services.
• Producing solution designs using ArchiMate, UML and BPMN.
• Establishing architecture standards, principles and guidelines.
• Ensuring delivered solutions meet architectural and quality standards.
• Providing technical and design leadership to development teams.
• Supporting practice development through innovation and thought leadership.
