Overview

As a Domain Consultant for cloud native security, you will define technical solutions that secure key business imperatives, evangelizing our industry-leading cloud security solutions and establishing Palo Alto Networks as a cybersecurity partner of choice.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with account teams to recommend and develop customer solutions in your specialization
  • Present as an expert at all customer levels
  • Respond to RFIs/RFPs and lead customer demonstrations
  • Scope and lead Proof of Value (PoV) projects
  • Drive technical validation and PoV success rates
  • Align products with customer needs and differentiate offerings
  • Architect solutions to strengthen and simplify security postures
  • Document High-Level Design and Use Cases
  • Support development of services around Cortex Cloud
  • Lead industry trend discussions and competitive positioning
  • Position Palo Alto Networks solutions and services appropriately
  • Initiate performance improvement projects and help adopt organizational policies
  • Relay customer feedback to product teams for improvements
Your Experience
  • 6+ years in technical sales or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience with IaC tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, etc.) and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Alicloud, AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud) and security features
  • Deep knowledge in cloud security domains such as CSPM, CWP, KSPM, etc.
  • Understanding of container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings
