As Protective Security Lead EMEA/APJ, you will embody the positive security culture within the regions for Databricks. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Security Manager to oversee security operations across multiple locations within a designated region. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of security professionals while collaborating with various departments to address security concerns. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, investigating adverse events, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a strong security management background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This position offers a significant opportunity to impact the safety and security of our organization.

The impact you will have:

  • Leadership: Support and develop regional security services, collaborate across departments, and foster relationships with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
