Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) in Greater London is seeking a senior security, compliance, and audit professional to lead regulatory assurance across cloud services. You will demonstrate control implementations and engage with customers and regulators to maintain alignment with global standards.

The role requires ISAE 3401, COBIT, ITIL, and DORA experience, strong communication, and the ability to influence across multiple teams, helping scale our security program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience with government officials and regulatory bodies.
• 5+ years IT audits based on ISAE 3401, COBIT, ITIL, IT-Grundschutz, and cloud environments.
• 3+ years building risk programs and strategies.
• 5+ years in highly regulated industries with European audits and frameworks like DORA.

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into the control environment to articulate compliance implications for customers and audits.
• Understand regulated requirements and map controls to global obligations.
• Liaise with customers, regulators and auditors and advise on applying security concepts.
• Implement improvements to security program management processes and share best practices.
• Apply knowledge of global security regulation to align controls with Amazon standards.
