Job summary

Thales UK in Crawley is launching a 24-month Cloud Assurance and Cyber Security Apprentice (Level 4 Cyber Security Engineer Apprenticeship). Start date is 6 September 2027, with a salary of £24,000 per year and a permanent role on completion.

You will gain hands-on experience in security operations for cloud platforms, incident response, auditing, and governance, in a hybrid working environment with development opportunities and employer support.

Qualifications

• ICT-related qualifications at Level 3 or equivalent.
• GCSEs including English and Maths are required.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in cyber security and cloud security operations.
• Learn security monitoring, incident response, auditing and governance within government-aligned frameworks.

Education

A-Level ICT or IB Level 3 ICT or Level 3 IT apprenticeship or BTEC Extended Diploma in IT

5 GCSEs Grade 9-4 including English and Maths
