Job summary

Motability Operations Ltd. seeks a dynamic leader to head the Central Services Platform Team, driving AWS adoption and optimisation to deliver maximum business value and alignment with strategic objectives.

You will engage with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives, mentor platform engineers, and architect scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AWS solutions using services like RDS, MSK and API Gateway, enabling developers with self-service capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading platform/DevOps teams in large organisations.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (RDS, MSK, API Gateway) and cloud architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and roadmapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for AWS service adoption and roadmap development.
• Mentor engineers and drive a high-performing culture.
