Job Opportunity: Cloud Network Manager at GLL

GLL is looking for a Cloud Network Manager to work at our Support Office based in the Royal Arsenal, Woolwich. If you have the skills and ambition to join us, this is more than a job—it's a career.

We are seeking an experienced Network Manager to lead the implementation of Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) across our organization. This role is key in transforming our network infrastructure to improve performance, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead SD-WAN Implementation: Oversee the deployment of Fortinet-based SD-WAN solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing networks.
2. Cloud Infrastructure: Possess strong multi-vendor networking, infrastructure, cloud, and platform knowledge.
3. Network Optimization: Collaborate with our supplier to monitor and optimize network performance continually.
4. Security Management: Implement security protocols to protect network integrity and sensitive data, working with the security team.
5. Voice Services: Assist in investigating and implementing relevant voice services using the network where applicable.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital & Technology team, facility teams, third parties, and others to ensure successful network operations.
7. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and support to resolve network issues efficiently.

Additional Information

This is a full-time/part-time, permanent, flexible position. Working hours will be negotiated; remote work is not possible for this role.
