Job summary

Social Security Scotland, within the Digital, Delivery & Change division, is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business and technical stakeholders and cloud engineering teams to deliver infrastructure and integration solutions that meet organisational needs.

You will work across AWS platforms and Boomi IPaaS in an agile environment, supported by Senior BAs, developing analytical and technical capabilities while collaborating with engineers, architects and stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience bridging business and technical stakeholders in a highly technical environment.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and integration delivery, especially AWS and Boomi IPaaS.
• Experience working in an agile environment with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Establish, manage and optimise requirements for cloud infrastructure and integration.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Lead small to medium-sized projects and support larger initiatives.
• Mentor others and promote best practices within the BA community.
