Job Description:

Telent's Network Services division is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join our engineering team based in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a talented team of Cloud, Network, and Security specialists, supporting your growth and development through challenging projects.

The Cloud Engineer will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing proactive service and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role involves supporting service delivery, projects, and the service desk to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

• Train internal staff and customers on products and solutions.
• Assist with professional services and sales opportunities.
• Monitor customer incidents and report on nominated accounts.
• Highlight trends, security threats, or technical bulletins impacting customers.
• Maintain documentation related to customer platforms and Telent Cloud Services.
• Follow internal and external processes for tasks, reporting, and change management.
• Assist with Proof of Concept scenarios, Type Approval activities, and lab testing.
