Responsibilities

• Maintenance of core infrastructure services through incident and problem management.
• Improve and deliver new core infrastructure services based on business and user needs.
• Drive automation throughout the core infrastructure estate.
• Monitor and maintain servers, networks, backups and end-user devices for uptime.
• Deploy and configure servers, devices, and software per standards.
• Implement security controls and monitor threats per regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, processes and guides.
• Manage Junior Infrastructure Engineers.
