Job summary

Scale in London is seeking an Infrastructure Software Engineer for the Apps Platform to help build and evolve deployment and observability layers across multiple cloud providers and on-prem environments. You will partner with internal teams to understand usage and issues, shaping a roadmap that balances immediate needs with long-term architecture.

You will expand the deployment footprint, ensure fast, secure, and reproducible deployments, and lead architecture reviews and end-to-end projects in

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and deploying enterprise solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI and on-premises.
• Deep expertise in infrastructure design, networking, VPNs, load balancers and firewalls.
• Strong CI/CD and GitHub Actions or CircleCI experience.

Responsibilities

• Expand deployment footprint across on-prem and multi-cloud.
• Ensure fast, secure, reproducible deployments across CSPs and on-prem.
• Expand observability of the platform for customer deployments.
• Partner with internal teams to understand needs and build tooling.
• Respond to incidents with root-cause analysis and preventive fixes.
• Develop and maintain a deployment/observability product roadmap.
• Lead architecture reviews and own projects end-to-end.
