Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Cloud Security Consultant to lead incident response, cloud security assessments, and related engagements. You will share extensive cloud security expertise, contribute to tool development, and support non-cloud incidents as needed.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cloud security, strong AWS/Azure/GCP experience, and proficiency in scripting languages. Remote/office flexibility is available, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and advance CrowdStrike’s cloud

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience in cloud security.
• Experience in administration of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 2+ years as a Security Architect/Engineer.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting/compiled languages (Python, Ruby, C#, PowerShell, Golang).
• Experience with cloud security and governance tools (CSPM) is a plus.
• Open to remote/office locations.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist in investigation and remediation of security incidents.
• Conduct security assessments and provide remediation guidance.
• Analyze and report on cloud security architectures for clients and internal projects.
• Collaborate with the cloud team to grow the Cloud Security practice.
• Raise awareness of cloud security within CrowdStrike Services.
• Provide requirements for critical cloud projects and initiatives.
• Research current cloud security tools and best practices.
• Develop and mentor junior team members.
