As Platform Engineering Manager, you will lead a team delivering cloud platforms, infrastructure, cloud security, governance, automation, and operational excellence, while aligning roadmaps with business goals and managing cost.

Qualifications

• Deep operational experience in product-led technology companies.
• Experience running cloud foundations as an internal platform.
• Ability to lead engineers through scalable, secure platform services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team providing cloud platforms and infrastructure, cloud security, governance, automation, and operational excellence.
• Blend people leadership, cloud operations, platform engineering, security governance, and FinOps.
• Ensure safe, low friction delivery of core services and operate at scale.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud platform strategy with business goals.
• Drive incident response, monitoring, and continuous improvement of platform resilience.
