Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Cloud FinOps Lead to drive financial management across our cloud portfolio in London or Staines. You will build and lead a small team, engage with technical partners, and optimise consumption to maximise business value.

The role requires hands-on experience with cloud cost practices, Azure/GCP/OCI, and strong stakeholder collaboration. Hybrid work applies, with up to 3 days WFH.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in technology operations and cloud financial management.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, spend tracking and cost management.
• Knowledge of Azure, GCP and OCI operations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and improvement of financial management practices across cloud services.
• Manage a small team responsible for cloud financial management and optimization.
• Engage stakeholders to understand costs, consumption and investment priorities.
• Lead cost management processes and value realisation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and link benefits to outcomes.
• Optimize pricing and manage technology financial commitments.
