Job Description:

Cloud Customer Success Manager within Oracle Retail Solutions

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) position focuses on proactive SaaS engagements for Oracle Retail. The responsibilities require the candidate to work directly with customers and have a solid understanding of the Oracle Retail solutions to ensure customer success across various service and product offerings. The CSM achieves this by collaborating across Oracle lines of business and keeping executive management informed about customer activity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being the main contact for Oracle customers.
  • Managing accountability for both cloud services and customers.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with senior management across lines of business and third parties.
  • Planning and deploying support activities to ensure effective delivery within budget.
  • Advising clients on how to effectively use Oracle support services, products, tools, systems, interfaces, and procedures.
  • Ensuring and improving service quality and maintaining accurate account information.
  • Communicating opportunities for customer engagement with Oracle, such as technical events and seminars.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Customer Success Management experience within Enterprise Software.
  • Retail experience and understanding of how customers run their businesses is a plus.
  • Cloud technical knowledge.
  • Experience in a Service Delivery environment.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels within the account, with ability to foster growth opportunities.
  • Customer-focused with proven relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter capable of working autonomously.
  • Previous experience with Oracle solutions is preferred.
