Job summary

TPF Recruitment is recruiting for an accountancy practice bookkeeper to join a fantastic firm of chartered accountants based in Ashford, Kent. You will take responsibility for the delivery of bookkeeping services, preparation of VAT returns and involvement with wider services, dependent on your background and experience.

You will work on varied clients, across a mix of industries and turnovers, primarily sole traders, limited companies and LLPs.

Qualifications

• Experience across bookkeeping, VAT returns, CIS, and payroll in an accountancy practice.
• 2–5 years or more experience in a bookkeeper role.
• AAT qualification or equivalent proven experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bookkeeping services for varied clients across industries.
• Prepare VAT returns and assist with wider services.
• Support managers and directors with client contacts and development.
