Harrods is seeking an Enterprise Service Principal Administrator (Cloud) to own end-to-end physical, virtual, on-premises and cloud platforms, guiding the move to cloud and delivering the 3–5 year infrastructure transformation. You will partner with Infosec, Architecture and various teams to evolve a secure, agile platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in Infrastructure on Azure.
• Experience in Azure Networking (vWAN, Azure Firewall, Express Route).
• Experience in Azure and Entra/AD interoperability.
• Experience in Azure Policy Governance.
• Ability to drive Azure Policies within the organisation.
• Experience in Azure FinOps / Cost Optimisation.
• In-depth knowledge of the core platforms with certifications or strong on the job experience.
• Detailed knowledge around the delivery of Infrastructure Automation and Orchestration (Ansible, Terraform, GitLab).
• Strong technical knowledge including Microsoft Technologies, Ubuntu, Red Hat, VMWare VCF, Data Centre, Enterprise networking, WAN/LAN/WLAN, Routing, Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAN optimisation, ZTNA services, Load Balancing.
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure Security, PAM, IAM, Cloud Authentication.
• Ability to build a consensus and drive and agree technical direction.
• Well-developed written and communications skills.
• Strong ability to influence and negotiate.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end ownership of physical, virtual, on-premises and cloud platforms across Harrods.
• Drive cloud strategy from on-prem to cloud, creating roadmaps and guiderails.
• Deliver infrastructure transformation over 3–5 years; build, support and deliver the platform core to IT.
• Develop strong partnerships with Infrastructure and Application teams to map current platforms and plan future state.
• Lead and influence across levels; coach and mentor teams.
