You will own the technical direction, mentor engineers, and shape engineering standards while delivering scalable, secure platforms in a hybrid working environment.

Formación

• Experience leading engineering teams and setting technical direction for complex digital products.
• Defining architecture and technical strategy in modern technology environments.
• Experience in financial services or consumer product domains preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical direction, architecture and long-term evolution of products and platforms across multiple teams.
• Lead solution design and architectural decision-making to ensure scalable, secure and maintainable systems.
• Provide technical leadership across squads, shaping engineering strategy and best practices.
