Base pay range

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £120,000

A strategic role for an experienced AWS Cloud Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions. This position involves working closely with stakeholders to define cloud strategies, lead transformation projects, and implement modern cloud architectures across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement cloud architecture strategies for enterprise clients.
• Design scalable and resilient cloud solutions across one or more: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Lead technical decision-making, ensuring best practices in automation, security, and DevSecOps.
• Oversee cloud adoption, platform engineering, and infrastructure as code implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.

Key Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in cloud architecture and enterprise-scale transformation projects.
• Expertise in AWS, with strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications

• Cloud certifications (AWS).
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and cloud cost optimisation.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as PCI-DSS and financial services compliance.
