Job summary

Norton Blake Limited is seeking a Cloud & AI Application Administrator in Central London. You will oversee the backend cloud and SaaS platforms, ensuring secure, cost-efficient operations with enterprise governance.

This is a strategic, first-of-its-kind role with broad backing and a clear path to permanent career progression. You will handle platform governance, access controls, lifecycle management, and collaboration with teams across InfoSec, Procurement, Legal, and Operations to reduce

Qualifications

• Experience across 1st–3rd line IT support with full-stack understanding.
• Proficiency in user access management (RBAC, provisioning, SSO).
• Knowledge of cloud platform security and data encryption.
• Familiarity with APIs and webhook integrations.
• Cloud-agnostic with exposure to Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms (Box, Adobe Cloud).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Platform governance: manage daily operations, access configurations, and lifecycle of cloud/SaaS apps.
• Cost & optimization: monitor SaaS billing, track API usage, flag anomalies, advise on spend.
• Stakeholder management: align tools with operational workflows with power users.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with InfoSec, Procurement, Legal, and Operations.
• Shadow IT reduction: promote approved, secure SaaS alternatives.
