Job summary

Saffery LLP is seeking an Assistant in its Cloud Accounting team in the UK. The role involves supporting Xero and QuickBooks related mailbox work, and assisting with projects like migrations to Xero. The ideal candidate may be AAT qualified or an accounting graduate with solid numeracy, accuracy, and Excel skills.

You will work in a warm, close-knit team with managers who oversee tasks and delegate work. A hybrid working schedule and great benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• AAT qualification or accounting degree is preferred.
• Strong numeracy and accuracy with ability to learn quickly.
• Experience with cloud accounting software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Dext and Xero accounts, adding new companies and managing user rights.
• Prepare workings for disbursing software costs to clients.
• Monitor internal mailboxes and respond to queries with Cloud team support.
• Assist with migration projects including moving data to cloud software.
• Research third-party accounting software to support colleagues and clients.
• Attend key software events with the Cloud team.
