Job summary

The Clinical Supervisor role at Birmingham Hospice provides one-to-one and group clinical supervision for staff across clinical and non-clinical roles, supporting the Wellbeing Team and broader services. Responsibilities

• To prepare sessions and manage related notes with confidentiality.
• Deliver supervision one-to-one and in groups.
• Provide clinical supervision to a wide range of staff from different backgrounds.
• Collaborate with supervisees to plan reflective sessions.
• Plan, develop and deliver reflective sessions for staff, proactively and reactively.
• Attend regular clinical supervision with external supervisor.
• Travel between two hospice sites to provide supervision and attend meetings.
• Plan and deliver education and training programmes for internal and external stakeholders.
• Uphold Birmingham Hospice policies, professional standards and safeguarding commitments.
