Job summary

London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead Kingsley Ward. You will drive high standards of care for elective pre/post-operative patients, foster a learning and research-friendly environment, and oversee budgetary control within cost improvement and transformation agendas.

You will be accountable for coordinating patient care, managing resources, implementing audit and risk management initiatives, and ensuring medicines safety and infection

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management skills in a clinical ward setting.
• Experience in budget control and service cost improvement.
• Strong focus on infection control, audit and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and operational management of the ward.
• Coordinate patient care and resource management for optimal outcomes.
• Lead quality, risk management and audit initiatives across the ward.
