Job summary

Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a Clinical Fellow to care for inpatients within a high-functioning surgical unit. You will work under direct consultant supervision and contribute to a 24-7 service across surgical and medical patients, including neurology, cardiology and gastroenterology.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years post Foundation training, is fully registered with the GMC, and is committed to high-quality, patient-centered care with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent and GMC registered to practice in the UK.
• Full GMC license to practise and current visa/permit to work in the UK.
• Experience post Foundation training is desirable; 2 years minimum hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for inpatients as part of the clinical fellow workforce.
• Collaborate with consultants and nursing staff to meet patient needs.
• Participate in rolling 24-7 rota within the surgical unit.
• Lead and assist with new admissions and inpatient consultations.
• Identify patients for early mobilization and manage length of stay considerations.
