Job summary

Manor Grange Care Home in Edinburgh is seeking a Clinical Unit Manager (RGN or RMN) to lead the clinical and care teams on a dedicated unit. You will ensure care plans are followed, uphold regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement in a well-led home.

You will supervise clinical governance, medication management and staff development, reporting to the Home Manager. A strong leadership presence and NMC PIN are essential for success in this senior role.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical leadership and decision making skills.
• Experience leading a clinical team, ideally in a unit manager role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support clinical and care teams to deliver high quality, safe care.
• Oversee governance, medication management and performance across the unit.
