Job summary

Market Lavington Care Home in Wiltshire is seeking a Clinical Unit Manager (RGN) to lead the clinical and operational aspects of a Care Home unit. You will ensure high quality, safe care, oversee governance, medication management and staff performance, and drive continuous improvement in line with care plans and regulatory requirements.

You will work with the Home Manager and leadership team to develop staff, mentor the team and model best practice, with progression opportunities towards Deputy

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical leadership and decision making.
• Experience leading or managing a clinical team, ideally within a unit manager role.
• Confidence overseeing standards, compliance and performance.
• Ability to support, mentor and develop staff.
• Good communication, organisational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical governance, medication management and unit performance.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with individual care plans and regulatory requirements.
