As a Clinical Unit Manager, you will value kindness above all. You’ll be responsible for a specific part of the home and may act as the manager in their absence. You should be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin, committed to high standards of practice, mentoring colleagues, and supporting students. You must understand the importance of effective communication, advocate for person-centered care, and recognize safeguarding concerns.
