The role:

1. Lead the nursing care team during your duty span, ensuring personal care of residents is maintained daily according to individual needs and capabilities.
2. Actively promote and encourage residents' independence and choice in daily activities within the care home.
3. Represent the company on-site, promoting its image and ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations.
