Fortrea is seeking a Study Start-Up Project Manager to join our UK team. You will be dedicated to a leading global pharmaceutical company, focusing on budget and contract negotiations, and ensuring timely start-up milestones within the UK.

The role requires strong negotiation and risk management, excellent English communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment, coordinating with investigators, vendors, and country managers across multiple deliverables.

• Proven expertise in budget and contract negotiations within a clinical trial setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with proactive risk mitigation.
• Experience managing challenges affecting protocol timelines and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budget and contract negotiations with a deep understanding of the local regulatory environment and its implications for study start-up activities.
• Address and resolve issues by indirectly influencing investigators, vendors, external partners, and country managers with minimal support.
• Independently make decisions with limited oversight while proactively developing risk management and mitigation strategies for the country.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and protocol milestones during the start-up phase.
