Job summary
Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust in Bath is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support to theClinical Trials Pharmacy team. You will work under supervision to perform general pharmacy duties and act as a contact for sponsors and healthcare professionals involved in trials.
The role offers a fixed-term 18-month contract, 37.5 hours per week, and a salary of £25,760–£27,476 per annum pro rata.
Qualifications
- Good level of general education, including English and Maths.
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative/clerical support for the clinical trials pharmacy team.
- Carry out general pharmacy duties under supervision of a pharmacist or technician.
- Liaise with sponsors and healthcare professionals involved in trials.
- Attend online national and international clinical trial meetings.
- Support site files and pharmacy logs for sponsor inspections.
