Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacy Technician to lead strategic projects within the Medicines Management Service. The role lies in the Operational Business Support Team, with hybrid working between home and base, and travel to multiple sites as required.

Key responsibilities include delivering the Medicines Optimisation Strategy, managing projects, providing leadership, and ensuring robust processes. Flexibility for flexible working requests is noted.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent level of experience.
• Evidence of CPD/ short courses.
• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Experience of management and clinical leadership.
• Experience of successful multi-agency working.

Responsabilités

• Act as the project lead for technical services on specific projects.
• Develop a strategy for the delivery of service developments targeting all stakeholders.
• Lead on service development in relation to specific projects.
• Ensure infrastructure is in place to deliver new service developments across the organisation.
