NHS Ayrshire and Arran is seeking a Clinical Team Leader based in Kilmarnock on a permanent basis. The role is 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a UK driving licence being essential.

You will manage the community nursing team, providing professional supervision and deployment, while demonstrating strong communication and leadership in a safe, caring, and respectful environment.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Post-graduate qualification in District Nursing or equivalent.
• Post registration experience with patients who have complex care requirements.
• Robust staff management experience within a team setting.
• Experience of working within a community setting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operational management of the community nursing team in the Kilmarnock area.
• Provide professional and clinical supervision and deployment of staff.
• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership; work independently as a lone worker.
• Support ongoing professional development and appropriate training.
