Job summary

Taurus Healthcare in Hereford is seeking a Clinical Systems Dispatcher for our Urgent Primary Care team. You will coordinate patient appointments and urgent home visits, support healthcare professionals and keep services running smoothly.

The role requires calm under pressure, strong IT skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across shifts, including nights, weekends and bank holidays. Full training will be provided and previous experience in fast-paced environments is welcome.

Hours

We are recruiting to permanent, fixed term and bank positions. Permanent contracts are preferred, with a range of contracted hours available up to a maximum of 39 hours per week. Please state your preferred working hours within your application.

This shift based role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Salary

£24,996.93 to £28,405.60 per annum FTE plus a 35% enhancement between 22:00 and 08:00. (pro rata for part time hours)
