Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training)

Your deep knowledge of hospital IT environments, EHR systems, and clinical workflows will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about complex medical and technical scenarios.

Who You Are

• Hands-on experience supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
• Strong technical troubleshooting and system analysis skills
• Ability to assess clinical and operational accuracy with a critical eye
• Clear written communication — you can explain complex issues in plain language
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR
• Background in translating clinical requirements into technical configurations
• Prior exposure to AI tools or large language model (LLM) evaluation
