Qualifications

• Experience working in a healthcare setting, ideally NHS or equivalent.
• Genuine passion for delivering high‑quality patient care and making a difference.
• Ability to commit to induction training and work flexibly across days, nights and weekends.
• Meet GCSE Maths and English requirements and demonstrate competency for Band 3.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding.
• Record patient observations including vital signs and escalated concerns.
• Support clinical procedures such as wound care, venepuncture, and catheter removal (after training).
• Assist with medication administration and oxygen therapy (after training).
• Escort patients and support enhanced observations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient dignity and confidentiality.
