Voyage Care seeks a dedicated Female Support Worker to assist residents in a clinical environment in Hartlepool. You will support daily living, help residents gain independence and work as part of a caring team.

Our residential service in Hartlepool is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. Also assisting with nursing‑related tasks, including: Gastrostomy (Gastro) care, Stoma care, PEG Feeding, Oxygen therapy and Diabetes management.
