Job summary

Voyage Care seeks a dedicated Female Support Worker to assist residents in a clinical environment in Hartlepool. You will support daily living, help residents gain independence and work as part of a caring team.

• Assist residents with daily living and personal care to promote independence.
• Encourage community engagement and participation in activities.
• Support with nursing‑related tasks such as gastrostomy, stoma care, PEG feeding, oxygen therapy and diabetes management.
• Work within a team to deliver compassionate, person‑centred care.

Female Support Worker (Clinical Environment) – Hartlepool- £12.72ph

Typical Shifts are: Days 8am-10pm and nights 8pm-10am on a rolling rota basis, including alternate weekends.

Our residential service in Hartlepool is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. Also assisting with nursing‑related tasks, including: Gastrostomy (Gastro) care, Stoma care, PEG Feeding, Oxygen therapy and Diabetes management.
