Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Clinical Specialist - Surgery to bring frontline clinical expertise to industry, moving away from NHS rotas. You will work in theatre, training teams and supporting adoption of new technology.

You will deliver in-theatre case support, product training and clinical education, while collaborating with surgeons, scrub nurses, and theatre staff across multiple procedures. A strong commercial mindset and teamwork are essential.

• Experience delivering in-theatre case support and clinical education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-theatre case support, product training and clinical education
• Run product evaluations and play a key role in new technology adoption
• Support surgeons, scrub nurses, ODPs and theatre teams across a range of surgeries
• Support sales with the introduction of new products, encourage appropriate use and identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts
• Develop credibility and trust with key clinical stakeholders

• £35-40K basic
• £12K commission
