Essential Pharma is seeking a Clinical Supply Planner to manage packaging, labelling, inventory control, cold chain storage, and distribution of clinical trial supplies in compliance with GCP, GDP, and GMP standards. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliance throughout the clinical supply chain.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing clinical demand and coordinating with manufacturing and clinical teams.
• Establishing and maintaining documentation, SOPs, and inventory records.
• Overseeing shipments, transfers, and site destruction strategies.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Collaborating with third-party vendors and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes.
