Essential Pharma is seeking a Clinical Supply Planner to manage packaging, labelling, inventory control, cold chain storage, and distribution of clinical trial supplies in compliance with GCP, GDP, and GMP standards. The role involves coordinating supply chain activities from forecasting to delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining documentation, and managing risks throughout the clinical trial process.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing clinical demand and coordinating with manufacturing and clinical teams.
• Establishing and maintaining documentation and SOPs.
• Overseeing inventory, shipments, and site-specific destruction/returns strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Collaborating with third parties and managing project risks and budgets.
