Job Description:

Clinical Specialist – Wound Care – East England – Field Based

Candidates based in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Lincolnshire and Humberside would be ideal for the role.

The Company

Carrot is partnering with a leading specialist in advanced wound care, providing innovative and evidence-based solutions to promote fast and more effective healing of wounds. With a strong presence of products in the UK they are on the lookout for a Clinical Specialist to execute the company’s clinical strategy at a regional level enhancing HCP education and drive KOL relationships. This position is a field-based role with frequent travel across the East of England.

The Role

  • Educate and develop HCP knowledge of company products.
  • Lead clinical evaluations, audits, and real-world data collection.
  • Engage and develop KOL/ROL relationships to build advocacy.
  • Close collaboration with the regional sales team to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain clinical credibility through ongoing professional development and honorary contracts.
  • Contribute to product launches, publications, and internal training.

You

  • Registered Nurse or equivalent with active NMC or HCP registration
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Proven experience in wound care and knowledge of the NHS
  • Strong communication, presentation, and data analysis skills
  • Commercial acumen and ability to manage clinical and business priorities
  • Willingness to travel with overnight stays and attend national/international meetings
  • Experience in a commercial healthcare environment
  • Qualifications in wound care practice
  • Experience managing clinical events and publications
