Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical SIM Fellow to develop and deliver SIM sessions and bedside teaching for postgraduate-entry medical students on a PBL-based curriculum.

This 9-month post is 100% dedicated to education, with duties including curriculum development, student assessment support, and contributing to a team of Clinical Teaching Fellows. Start date as soon as possible; expected to run through August 2027.

Competenze

• Experience in teaching medical students
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• IT skills related to teaching delivery (PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to provide constructive feedback
• Willingness to undertake teaching qualifications (Desirable)

Mansioni

• Deliver high-quality teaching to TCMS postgraduate-entry medical students in line with the TCMS curriculum requirements
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and skills
• Contribute to patient care in line with Trust policies and GMC standards
• Participate in clinical governance and audit activities where appropriate
