South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust's Maudsley Learning seeks a Fellow in Medical Education for a fixed-term 12-month OOPE from psychiatry training. The role focuses on designing, developing and delivering simulation-based education and related trainings.

You will work with the Simulation Clinical Lead and faculty to roll out multidisciplinary courses, evaluate impact, and contribute to bids, reports and ongoing team development.

• Design, develop and deliver simulation-based education and mental health training programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the rollout of training courses and programmes with clinical/administrative staff.
• Ensure high-quality debriefing and educational value in simulations.
• Contribute to the development of the simulation team and attend relevant meetings.
• Lead project management of courses and programmes.
