Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and retention of staff.
• Ensure appraisal and mandatory training are up to date.
• Monitor budgets and investigate variances, identifying mitigating actions.
• Develop action plans to meet activity targets and improve services.
• Promote patient safety and continuous service improvement.
