Clinical Services Lead — Children's OT/PT

Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Service Manager to lead the Children’s OT/PT service. This role will manage around 75 clinicians and support staff, aligning workforce, performance and budgets to deliver high-quality care for children and families.

You will work with other service managers to develop an outstanding CQC-rated service, supported by a senior leadership team and Head of Operations. DBS checks are required, with costs deducted from salary.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience.
• Masters’ qualification or equivalent level of experience.
• To hold/or have previously held a professional registration in relation to the Children, Young People & Families System including professions across Health, Social Care and Education and/or have significant experience of working within the Children, Young People & Families System as a Non-Registered professional.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational delivery across the Children, Young People & Families Care Unit.
• Oversee workforce, performance, financial management and partnerships.
• Provide strategic support to the Care Unit Senior Leadership Team and deliver Improvement programmes.
• Ensure access to a seamless, joined-up care offer delivered through Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led services.
